The Big Shrimpy Catalina™ Dog Bed features cushy walls for your toy, miniture, or small dog to snuggle into. This Big Shrimpy dog bed features SmartFill™, a 100% pre-consumer recycled eco-friendly polyester fiber which provides both support and warmth. Additionally, the Catalina dog bed is designed to be flipped inside-out to further extend its usable life.
The dog bed's outer walls and removable center pillow are made of soft polyester fleece with a tough water-resistant 420 denier nylon packcloth base. The Catalina's walls and pillow are filled with SmartFill™, Big Shrimpy's 100% recycled fiber. The entire pet bed can be machine washed and dried without damaging the SmartFill.
What is Smartfill™?
SmartFill™ is a 100% pre-consumer recycled polyester fiber. It is machine washable and dryable. SmartFill is a dense, cushiony fiber that makes Big Shrimpy dog beds feel more substantial when compared to most other dog beds. Because SmartFill is made of many individual tufts of fiber, Big Shrimpy dog beds can be opened up and "refluffed" to restore the loft of the fiber.

Details
If one of the above products fails due to a manufacturing defect within its warranty period as defined above, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. Our warranty does not cover damage due to pet behavior. If you find a manufacturing defect, please return the item promptly. If an item is damaged by pet behavior after a manufacturing defect becomes evident, the warranty is void. Warranty orders must be accompanied by a copy of a dated receipt. Warranty does not cover normal wear on product fabrics (e.g. sleeping surface).
Procedure
Before returning an item for a warranty issue, please contact us to confirm that the situation meets our warranty requirements at 206-297-7918 or info@bigshrimpy.com. After receiving confirmation, please send the item back to us with a copy of your receipt, your name, current address, email and telephone number. We recommend that you insure your item on its return trip. We cannot give credit for items damaged in transit.
We'll email or call you when the item has been received and processed. Please allow up to 15 business days from the date that we receive a warranty item to review and fix the item, at which time we will ship it back to you.
