The Big Shrimpy Original Dog Bed a sturdy, odor- and water-resistant dog bed that looks handsome in any living room or den. This luxury dog bed is also eco-friendly, featuring SmartFill™, Big Shrimpy's 100% recycled fiber bed fushion padding.
The zippered outer cover of the Original Dog Bed combines water-resistant 420 denier nylon packcloth with a polyester fleece or faux suede sleeping surface. This outer bed cover surrounds an inner dog cushion made of ripstop nylon. The inner cushion is filled with SmartFill™, Big Shrimpy's 100% eco-friendly recycled fiber. The inner cushion is odor and water-resistant, but if necessary, the inner cushion can be unzipped to remove and wash the SmartFill. Of course, dog bed's outer cover and inner cushion are washable as well.
These design features extend the life of the dog bed, allowing a pet owner to simply replace the outer dog bed cover when needed instead of discarding the entire bed. Outer Big Shrimpy replacement dog bed covers can be purchased separately to extend the life of the dog bed or to simply create a new look.
What is Smartfill™?
SmartFill™ is a 100% pre-consumer eco-friendly recycled polyester fiber. It is machine washable and dryable. SmartFill is a dense, cushiony fiber that makes our beds feel more substantial when compared to most other beds. Because SmartFill is made of many individual tufts of fiber, our beds can be opened up and “refluffed” to restore the loft of the fiber.

Details
If one of the above products fails due to a manufacturing defect within its warranty period as defined above, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. Our warranty does not cover damage due to pet behavior. If you find a manufacturing defect, please return the item promptly. If an item is damaged by pet behavior after a manufacturing defect becomes evident, the warranty is void. Warranty orders must be accompanied by a copy of a dated receipt. Warranty does not cover normal wear on product fabrics (e.g. sleeping surface).
Procedure
Before returning an item for a warranty issue, please contact us to confirm that the situation meets our warranty requirements at 206-297-7918 or info@bigshrimpy.com. After receiving confirmation, please send the item back to us with a copy of your receipt, your name, current address, email and telephone number. We recommend that you insure your item on its return trip. We cannot give credit for items damaged in transit.
We'll email or call you when the item has been received and processed. Please allow up to 15 business days from the date that we receive a warranty item to review and fix the item, at which time we will ship it back to you.
