PetSquared.com Partners With ControlScan to Certify A Safe Ecommerce Environment

Las Vegas, NV - April 30, 2008 - In an ongoing effort to develop and maintain customer trust and loyalty, PetSquared.com has partnered with ControlScan, a leading Internet security company, to increase consumer confidence by certifying PetSquared.com as a safe shopping site.

PetSquared.com will utilize ControlScan’s Verified Secure services to conduct regular scans of www.petsquared.com for thousands of known vulnerabilities against a knowledge base which is updated every 12 hours to identify any potential vulnerability. ControlScan delivers timely reports with recommendations for security breach resolutions.

In addition, PetSquared.com has used, and will continue to use, ControlScan's vulnerability scans for Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) compliance, a security certification process required by major credit card companies.
