If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will work with you to resolve your issues within 30 days of your shipped date. Please refer to our return policy for additional details.
Please note, pet beds, pet carriers and pet clothing cannot be returned for sanitary reasons, please measure your pet or email us to confirm a proper fit prior to ordering. If a customer's pet tries out a bed, apparel or a carrier, they would be leaving their scent on that product. If we were to take that product back and ship it to another customer, their pet may not want to use the product as it has another pet's scent on it. We feel that this policy is fair to all of our customers, ensuring that they are receiving a new product when they order from PetSquared.com. Please measure your pet and contact us if you need help in determining the correct size bed, apparel or carrier for your pet.
Returned merchandise must be in a new, saleable condition and in its original packaging. Product must be returned in the original
packaging or a return will not be accepted. We recommend using a shipping service that does allow shipment tracking,
PetSquared.com is not responsible for returned shipments that get lost. The customer is responsible for the cost of the
return shipping charges unless the product arrived damaged, is defective or the incorrect product was shipped, due to an
error by PetSquared.com. Refunds will be 100% of the purchase price minus any restocking and/or shipping costs (see Free
Shipping Refunds below). Shipping costs incurred by PetSquared.com are not refundable.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Products arriving damaged will be retrieved and replacement products will be taken care of by PetSquared.com at no cost to the customer. We may request that photos of the damage be emailed, this will allow us to verify damage and reship a replacement product.
Refunds for returned items will be processed within 5 business days of receiving returned merchandise and a check, credit card, PayPal or Google Checkout refund for the returned merchandise amount will be mailed directly to the purchaser. If an item has not arrived within 30 days from the shipped date a refund will no longer be accepted and the shipment will be refused and returned to you by the carrier at your cost. Once your returned product has been received and verified to be in it's original (new) condition, you will be refunded the appropriate amount.
All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee, which covers inventory costs and associated fees incurred by Petsquared.com.
In the case of a refused delivery for an order purchased at PetSquared.com, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred by PetSquared.com for the order. This includes the actual shipping to the customer as well as the cost to return the product(s) that were refused to our warehouse. This is in addition to the 15% restocking fee.
Items being returned because of a defect issue must have been opened and inspected within seven (7) days of its arrival date and a refund initiated within this seven (7) day period. Items opened and inspected after seven (7) days of arrival are not eligible for a refund.
Free Shipping Refunds
The shipping charges are not refundable, which includes items that are labeled in our FREE SHIPPING offers. If a customer wishes to return a product that offered "Free Shipping", the actual shipping costs PetSquared.com incurred to ship the product as a "Free Shipping" promotion will not be refunded to the customer. This also includes the return of one item from a multi-item order. If the return of that item equals a total that falls under the current "Free Shipping" requirement needed, the original cost to receive the item(s) that you are keeping will be deducted from the refund received for any returned item(s).
Requesting A Refund
PetSquared.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Google Checkout. We currently do not accept checks directly or purchase orders; however, PayPal checkout will give you an option to purchase using a check. All payments are processed using our secured Thawte (SSL) payment system. We do not save any credit card information. Users are required to enter their credit card information for each purchase. All credit card payments are processed by Authorize.net.
As a Nevada based business, PetSquared.com is required to charge Nevada retail sales tax based on delivery within Nevada. Purchasers self identify a Nevada county of residence if the shipping address is the same as a Nevada billing address or the appropriate Nevada county if the purchase is being shipped to an alternative shipping address within Nevada. The appropriate Nevada county tax rate is automatically applied as part of the shopping cart experience.
To initiate a return, send an email to returns@PetSquared.com. Within the body of the email include the original order number, your name, address, and phone number. We will then provide you information on how and where to return items. You may request a money refund or a store credit. If you elect to be refunded with a store credit, the 15% re-stocking charge will be waived.
PetSquared.com uses multiple manufacturers and distributors to provide the quality pet products offered on our site. Therefore, shipping
may take place from multiple destinations to fulfill a single order. The majority of our distributors are located on the US east coast
and as shipments move further to the west or north shipping costs increase accordingly. In addition, each distributor uses its own method of
calculating shipping costs. To reduce shipping costs, PetSquared.com applies the shipping cost normally recommended by the distributor. With
multiple product orders, the final shipping cost is normally based on the sum of shipping cost per product; however, in some
cases multiple packages may be used and in this case shipping costs may be higher to offset the base shipping cost for each individual

In some instances, in particular larger items, the manufacturer or distributor may have already built shipping costs within the displayed
price. In these instances, a shipping cost of $0.00 will be displayed in your shopping cart and final receipt. Please note, these
calculations are based on shipments within the continental US and do not apply outside this geographic area.
At times, PetSquared.com may offer "free shipping" promotions based on purchasing totals. In these cases, such promotional discounts will
be automatically applied during the checkout process.
The vast majority of PetSquared.com's shipments are delivered via ground transportation. Therefore, customers should expect as much as
two weeks for delivery. Given the high cost of shipping to Alaska and Hawaii versus the actual cost of our discounted product line, we
do not currently ship to these states. However, if you live in one of these areas and there is an item you must have, simply contact
us at email@example.com.
From time to time, PetSquared.com will hold contest draws for a unique pet product. Winners are randomly selected from entrants
on the last day of month the contest is run in at 12:00 PM PST. Winners are contacted via email and given five business days to reply
with mailing address details. If the original winner does not respond within five business days we will select another random winner from
the contest entries.
Only one entry per individual is allowed per contest. You may enter multiple contests using the same email. Selected winners must
provide a valid email to be awarded that month's prize. We will only contact selected winners via the email address they submitted.
Please note, by entering you are automatically subscribed to our newsletter. Unsubscribe information is available on all

The BackHome 5% Discount Card is a loyalty card provided free of charge when a customer registers a pet with the
PetSquared.com BackHome Pet Recovery Program. The card provides registered users the opportunity
to apply an additional 5% discount to a qualified purchase originating from PetSquared.com for a full year once the card has been activated.

On occasion, PetSquared.com may offer multiple discounts on our site. Storewide discounts may be directly applied across
the site (for example, we might offer 10% off all purchases) or product specific discounts (for example, we might offer
free shipping on all dog doors over $X) related to select products. These types of discounts are automatically calculated
and applied to your purchase total as part of your shopping cart experience. With the above examples, multiple discounts may be
applied to a particular purchase.
We may also offer discounts that require a promotional or certificate code to be entered by the customer during the checkout process.
In these instances, only one promotional or certificate code can be applied per order. To apply a promotional or certificate code to
an order, the customer must enter the discount code during checkout or it cannot be applied. A promotional code or certificate discount
can be used in conjunction with automatically applied storewide or product specific discounts.
